Refund and Return Policy

No Returns accepted without Return Authorization Number / number is valid for 30 days

All returns must be in original, unopened packaging.
All returns must be returned within 14 days from ship to date
Do not deduct return amount from any outstanding invoices
Credit will be issued upon inspection of returned product and will be upon original invoiced amount less 20% restocking fee
If a payment is made via credit card, a refund less the restocking charge will be returned once the order has been returned free and clear of any damage and/or usage. If a payment is made via company check, to eliminate any fraudulent transactions, Countryside Dairy Solutions will hold any refund for 30 days. Once the deposit and/or payment has been cleared by the proper authorities, a refund less the restocking charge will be returned once the order has been returned free and clear of any damage and/or usage.
